 We interviewed six different realtors and selected Myron as our realtor to sell our Reflection Ridge home because he was the only realtor we met with that came to our interview with a strategy.  Myron had done research on recent homes that sold in our neighborhood and he had analyzed our home and provided us with data on why our home should be priced in a specific price range.  He also had a marketing plan for selling our home…all this prior to even meeting with us. 

We hired Myron because he was well prepared, he had a strategy outlined for selling our home and he was extremely knowledgeable about the building process for our next home.   Myron helped us to prepare our home to be put on the market by not only giving us recommendations, but by helping us find contractors to complete the work.  He had appraisals done prior to us even getting an offer, so we would be prepared when the offer arrived and there would not be a delay.  He followed up on every hint of interest in our home.  The end result was we sold our Reflection Ridge home in a relatively short time period and then we started building our next home. 

We had no idea how helpful it would be to have Myron on our side throughout this building process!  Myron attended every meeting with our builder even prior to breaking ground.  Because of his prior experience in home building, Myron was able to not only provide us with ideas for our home, but he was also able to offer solutions for problems that arose throughout the building process.  No matter what the issue was – structural or cosmetic, Myron was able to help us solve it.  It became clear early in the building process, that it was to our advantage to have Myron on our side.  Even after we closed on our new home, Myron helped us with warranty items that were causing us some concern. 

Myron was an invaluable asset to us during the sale of our previous home as well as the building process of our new home, and we highly recommend him.
